Please read these terms and conditions carefully before renting a vehicle from our company. By renting a bike from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Rental Agreement:

   1.1. The rental agreement is between the bike rental company (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the lessee

        (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”).

   1.2. You are bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

 

2. Eligibility:

   2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to rent a vehicle from us.

   2.2. At the time of renting, you must submit a valid Two-wheeler Driving License (DL), and one passport size photo, one original
       Photo Identity Card (Aadhar card, passport, Voter’s ID). The documents will be returned at the end of the rental period.         

   2.3. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of rental.

 

3. Rental Period/Delivery:

3.1. Booking will be confirmed after booking fee/advance is paid for the vehicle.

   3.2. The rental period begins at the time the vehicle is rented and ends when the vehicle is returned to our designated location.

   3.3. The rental period is based on the agreed-upon duration at the time of rental.

    3.4. To reserve and prebook your ride, you are required to pay 50% of the total amount as an advance. The remaining balance must be settled before the vehicle is picked up.

   3.5 Vehicle pick up and drop point will be at the Shop Location at Nongrim Hills, Shillong.

   3.6 The vehicle will be delivered to the person renting it. The vehicle will not be handed to any other person.

   3.7 The rented vehicle can be returned within the working hours, which are from 10 am to 9 pm.

 

4. Bike Usage:

   4.1. You are to use the vehicle solely for the intended purpose and in a lawful manner.

   4.2. You are responsible for the vehicle’s care and protection during the rental period.

   4.3. You must not sublet, lend, or otherwise allow anyone else to use the vehicle rented under your name.

 

5. Vehicle Condition:

   5.1. The vehicle will be provided to you in good working condition and you should inspect it before using it.

   5.2. You are to return the vehicle in the same condition it was received.

   5.3. You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period.

6. Rental Fees and Payments:

   6.1. You are to pay the rental fees as specified at the time of rental.

    6.2  To reserve and prebook your ride, you are required to pay 50% of the total amount as an advance. The remaining balance must be settled before the vehicle is picked up.

   6.3. Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, loss, or theft of the bike or any accessories.

   6.4. Payment must be made in the form of cash or other approved payment methods.

   6.5. All fees and charges are subject to applicable taxes.

 

7. Fuel Policy

7.1. The rental fee does not include fuel. The vehicle will be provided with sufficient amount of fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump.  

 

8.Helmet
81.  Safety Requirement: It is mandatory for all riders and pillion to wear helmets provided by our company during the entire rental  
     period.
8.2.  If the helmet is damaged or lost during the rental period due to negligence, intentional misconduct, or failure to comply with these

     terms and conditions, you will be responsible for the replacement or repair costs as determined by our company.

8.3 The company will provide required helmet along with the vehicle.

 

9. Liability:

   9.1. You assume all risks and liabilities associated with the use of the rented bike.

   9.2. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by you or any third party arising during the rental period or of our

        bikes.

   9.3. You are strongly advised to obtain personal insurance coverage for any potential risks or damages.

10.Cancellation and Refunds
10.1 Booking charges are non-refundable.

10.2 The rental fees have to be paid in full as specified at the time of rental in case the booking is cancelled during any circumstances.

 

11. Traffic policy:

11.1 Breaking or violating traffic norms/rules during the renting hours, the company will not hold responsible for any rider neither
     bear the charge or being penalized by the competent authority to a certain rider or renter during those particular hours.

 

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

   12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Shillong Jurisdiction. 

   12.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the

         courts of Shillong.

 

13. Amendments:

    13.1. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time.

    13.2. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised terms and conditions on our website.
